Laura originally moved to Atlanta from Florida as a recruit from Home Depot’s corporate office. While working at Home Depot, Laura obtained her MBA from Georgia State and put it to use with her own painting company. She continually added services to be able to better service her customers until she was able to get her own General Contractor’s license. In early 2015 Laura was approached to do work for the 4th season of a show called Elbow Room on HGTV. Soon after she was also awarded work for a diy show called Super Great Rooms as well as a Fox Show called Home Free.
Laura loves the “green” aspect of remodeling from trying to repurpose demoed items to teaching customers about indoor air quality, sustainable materials, etc. She is a true believer in continuous improvement. Laura holds meetings every other week with all sales staff, project managers and designers to discuss what is going right as well as what is going wrong and what is needed to improve it. She also strives to keep up with what is current in the .industry from trends to advancements in product technology.
